KINETICS OF DECOMPOSITION AND OPTICAL OF RUBIDIUM SOAPS
Journal Title: World Journal of Pharmaceutical and Medical Research - Year 2018, Vol 4, Issue 4
Abstract
Isothermal decomposition of solid Rubidium soaps, (caprylate and caprate) as a function of temperature was studied. Thermal decomposition can be expressed in quite agreement with Prout-Tompkins equation and used to estimate the constants k1, k2 and intercept c1, c2 of this equation The rubidium soaps in alkanolic solution in presence of thiofin T was analyzed by colorimetric method. Beer- Lamberts’ law is in quite agreement for the relation between the optical density and soap concentration over wide range.
