Abstract
Проведено аналітичне дослідження кінетики абсорбції кисню культуральною рідиною з повітряних бульбашок у процесі вирощування дріжджової біомаси у ферментері в умовах глибинної аерації. Визначено залежності поверхневого та об’ємного коефіцієнтів масовіддачі від середнього розміру газових бульбашок.
