Klasyfikacja dźwięków osłuchowych układu oddechowego - badania ankietowe i praktyczne w Polsce

Abstract
This paper discusses the problem related to terminology and coherence in naming of auscultation sounds originating from the respiratory system. Studies regarding education within the scope of auscultation and the ability to classify auscultation sounds originating from the respiratory system were carried out in a medical community group. The results of the survey highlighted the problem of insufficient amount of hours devoted to teaching auscultation, both during the studies and during further medical practice. The medical community in Poland notices the need for standardisation of terminology within the scope of auscultation sound names. This is also confirmed by the sound test results obtained. The complete results of the study point to the need to minimise the number of acoustic classes of sound and standardising the terminology within the scope of respiratory sound auscultation. To that end, it is suggested to increase the coherence of terminology in analogy to the terminology applied in the European Union and to supplement the written descriptions with adequate sound examples. ............................... W pracy przedyskutowano problem związany z nomenklaturą i spójnością nazewnictwa dźwięków osłuchowych pochodzących z układu oddechowego. Przeprowadzono badania w grupie środowiska lekarskiego dotyczące edukacji w zakresie osłuchiwania i umiejętności klasyfikacji dźwięków osłuchowych pochodzących z układu oddechowego. Wyniki badania ankietowego podkreśliły problem niewystarczającej liczby godzin przeznaczonych na naukę osłuchiwania zarówno w trakcie studiów, jak i podczas dalszej praktyki lekarskiej. Środowisko medyczne w Polsce widzi potrzebę ujednolicenia słownictwa w zakresie nazewnictwa dźwięków osłuchowych. Potwierdzają to również uzyskane wyniki testu dźwiękowego. Całościowe wyniki badania pokazują potrzebę zminimalizowania liczby klas akustycznych dźwięku i ujednolicenia nazewnictwa w zakresie osłuchiwania układu oddechowego. W tym zakresie proponowane jest uspójnienie, analogicznie do nomenklatury stosowanej w Unii Europejskiej i wzbogacenie opisów książkowych w adekwatne przykłady dźwiękowe.
