Ключова роль землеустрою у плануванні розвитку системи землекористувань у межах територіальних громад

Abstract
В результаті досліджень оцінена роль землеустрою в управлінні земельними та іншими природними ресурсами, плануванні системи землекористувань у межах території територіальних громад. Виявлено суттєві проблеми у цьому процесі, наведено причини їх виникнення, що є наслідком неефективної системи державного управління, яка слабо адаптована до здійснення децентралізаційних процесів у сфері земельних відносин. У цьому зв’язку сформовано пропозиції стосовно їх вирішення (законодавчого, інституційного та організаційного спрямування) та наведено очікувані результати в разі їх запровадження.
