Knowledge Engineering and Expert Systems in Knowledge Management and Business Decision Support

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to justify thesis about strong relationship between the knowledge management (KM) and knowledge engineering (KE) as well as expert systems. Knowledge engineering and expert systems can be an integral part of knowledge management, providing methodologies and tools supporting some KM processes.
