Knowledge Management System and User Modeling

Abstract
The aim of the paper is to releve some aspects regarding a knowledge management system and a user model which will be implemented in the training process of the students.They are also presented some features and the personalization in a Knowledge Management Systems. The porpose is to develop an ontology for the user modelling in this context and later to use this in a multi agent system for the knowledge management.
