KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES IN VIEW OF IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The paper reveals actual problems of development and implementation of international quality standards in management of modern Ukrainian enterprises. The research outlines the peculiarities of using knowledge oriented approach in view of implementation of total quality management concept. Based on international knowledge management standards, this article proposes extended semantic model of knowledge center. Knowledge center as isolated organization department provides optimal technological platform of accumulation, keeping and dissemination of leading practices, methods, instruments and knowledge of separate enterprise. As an instrument for knowledge dissemination authors proposed KM-oriented model of organizational learning both in view of implementation of total quality management concept and realization of enterprise's principal activity in general.
