Kohabitacja: Najważniejsze problemy prawne w ocenie Polaków i Polek

Abstract
Celem artykułu jest scharakteryzowanie sytuacji prawnej konkubinatu w Polsce oraz przedstawienie najważniejszych jej aspektów z perspektywy młodych Polaków i Polek. Opinie 69 kobiet i mężczyzn w wieku 24–38 lat zostały zgromadzone w toku ośmiu zogni- skowanych wywiadów grupowych. W ocenie respondentów brak rozpoznania kohabitacji przez polskie prawo może być atrakcyjny na wczesnym etapie związku, jednak staje się problematyczny dla par pozostających w związku nieformalnym dłużej, gromadzących wspólnie majątek i posiadających dzieci. W artykule zidentyfikowane zostają obszary, które w opinii respondentów wymagają regulacji prawnych. Należy równocześnie zauwa- żyć, że badani wykazywali się powierzchowną wiedzą na temat praw i obowiązków part- nerów, zarówno w kohabitacji jak i w małżeństwie.
