КОЛІЗІЙНО-ПРАВОВЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ДОГОВОРУ НЕТТІНГУ У МІЖНАРОДНОМУ ПРИВАТНОМУ ПРАВІ

Abstract
This article discusses various approaches to the conflict of laws regulation of the netting agreement which have been entrenched in private international law. The main analysis in the article focuses on the determination of the law applicable to the netting agreement in the scenario where all parties thereto are solvent. Specific attention is paid to the role of mandatory rules and public policy that can affect the conflict of laws regulation.
