Abstract
Opracowanie prezentuje wyniki pierwszego etapu badań prowadzonych w ramach re-alizacji projektu badawczego „Kompetencje informatyczne pracowników MŚP jako istotny element zapewnienia efektywnego, innowacyjnego i konkurencyjnego działania firm”. Badania przeprowadzo-no wśród grupy pracowników przedsiębiorstw z regionu województwa śląskiego, ich najistotniejszym elementem była próba oceny kompetencji informatycznych z punktu widzenia pracowników. Wyniki analizy mogą być podstawą dla tworzenia zróżnicowanych programów szkoleń uwzględniających spe-cyficzne potrzeby pracowników. Cechą różnicującą może być zwłaszcza wielkość jednostki.
