Kompetencje ludyczne nauczycieli jako istotny czynnik humanizacji działań edukacyjnych

Abstract
Ludicrous Competence of Teachers as a Crucial Factor in Making Educational Activity More Human There was a sociological probe conducted among pedagogy students of Opole University with the aim of finding the level of ludic competencies of teachers. There was also an attempt to determine what functions of play are, according to students, the most important and determining their level of knowledge on the humanism in education. In conclusion there was established, that students rather do not see themselves as future teachers. It is only in the last years of university education that they choose the type of employment they want to enter into ofter completion of studies. It is without any doubts a signal for academic teachers to make the students more sensitive to the requirements of their future profession, especially that they have a socially important mission to fulfill: to transfer to the next generation the body of knowledge, life wisdom and attitudes.
