Abstract
The article analyzes the state of the art of providing the unification of measurement channels based on analog-digital converters (ADC). Also there is justified the expediency of development the embedded self-testing subsystem of such measurement channels. The analysis of the requirements to self-testing subsystem for measurement channels based on ADC allow us to evaluate the applicability of existed methods of ADC testing and to develop the concept and three structural schemes of self-testing subsystem.
