КОНЦЕПЦІЯ ЛІДЕРСТВА-СЛУЖІННЯ ЯК ДИДАКТИЧНА ОСНОВА ФОРМУВАННЯ ЛІДЕРСЬКОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ МЕНЕДЖЕРІВ

Abstract
Some popular Western leadership and servicing aspect of other management theories have been analyzed in the article. It is defined as the role of strategic vision of the leader, and his organizational activities, aimed at its implementation and achievement of the common goal of the organization's employees. The author summarizes the main features of the "servant leader", which ensures his authority and influence on followers - subordinate like-minded people. It is revealed that I have the leaders of the fifth level with the highest level of leadership competence. They represent an example of ambivalence, since they are both modest and volitional, shy and courageous. The main thing in their lives is not the pursuit of their own welfare and glory, but the success of the company.
