Abstract
Information and communication technologies (ICT), widely disseminated in the intellectual space of today's world, firmly entered the sphere of both secondary and higher education of the Republic of Armenia, also affecting language education, in particular, teaching Russian as a foreign language. The article focuses on the peculiarities of the Blended Learning concept which combines the traditional face-to-face and distance learning forms. The possibilities of implementation of this concept during Russian language teaching in Armenian HEIs are presented.
