Abstract
The article discusses the concept of cluster as a form of cooperate and compete of enterprises. Cluster is the most mature organization of entrepreneurship in the market economy. The most important thing is to depict the meaning of enterprises cooperation which are functioning as a part of cluster in order to increase their competitiveness. In much more dynamic market environment the enterprise’s ability to develop and effective management assume the proportions of competitive position as a important competence.
