Koncepcja stanowiska badawczego aplikacji pick and place

Abstract

The paper presents the concept of a research station for vision systems algorithms of pick and place application. The position is based on a parallel delta robot. A spinning feeder has been proposed as a technical solution for moving objects. The DH notation was used to transform the camera coordinate systems to the global system with respect to the center of rotation of the feeder. This approach has shortened the processing time. The optical distortion of the digital camera, the mount height and the image sampling rate were also calculated.
