Konspesi Pengukuran Kinerja Organisasi Kemasyarakatan (Ormas) dengan Balanced Scorecard

Abstract
Pengukuran kinerja sangat penting bagi organisasi kemasyarakatan (ormas) untuk mengetahui efektifitas sistem yang berjalan dalam organisasi tersebut sertauntuk mengatur pola kerja bagi pengurus dan karyawannya. Banyak metode yang dapat dipergunakan untuk mengukur kinerja organisasi, diantaranya Balanced Scorecard dan cara tradisional. Dalam tulisan ini yang dibahas adalah metode Balanced Scorecard untuk mengukur kinerja organisasi pada empat perspektif yaitu perspektif obyek dakwah, perspektif keuangan, perspektif proses internal dan perspektif karyawan dan kapasitas organisasi. Balanced Scorecard juga digunakan untuk menggambarkant kurva kinerja organisasi dengan melakukan skoring terlebih dahulu.
