Kontrola trajektorii ruchu statku za pomocą metod neuroewolucyjnych

Abstract

The purpose of the study presented in this article is to determine whether the neuroevolutionary method with direct genetic encoding can be part of the ship's autopilot. One of the main tasks of the ship's autopilot is to maintain the movement of the vessel on the trajectory, taking into account the dynamic parameters of the ship's motion. This article describes and illustrates the results of the simulation of adaptive neuroevolutionary autopilot using the simulator model of the passenger ferry. Neuroevolution is a combination of two different methods: evolutionary algorithms and artificial neuronal networks. This combination creates a very flexible decision support and control tool that can be used in many other transport systems to improve their efficiency.
