Kościół prawosławny w porządku prawnym współczesnej Ukrainy

Abstract
Ustrojodawca w Konstytucji Ukrainy stanowi, że Kościół i związki wyznaniowe na Ukrainie są oddzielone od państwa. Na Ukrainie relacje między Kościołem a państwem rozpoczynają się od procedury rejestracji jednostek kościelnych – np. parafii i diecezji – z których powstaje widzialna struktura organizmu kościelnego. Państwo nie ingeruje w działalność organizacji religijnych, jeżeli nie naruszają obowiązującego ustawodawstwa, życia, zdrowia, godności osoby, a także praw innych obywateli i organizacji.
