Krwioplucie: charakterystyka objawu i aktualne zalecenia diagnostyczne

Abstract
W pracy przedstawiono charakterystykę objawu krwioplucia: definicje, klasyfikację, podział etiopatogenetyczny oraz aktualne zalecenia diagnostyczne, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem roli badania bronchofiberoskopowego w diagnostyce krwioplucia. Podkreślono znaczenie wykonywania bronchofiberoskopii u każdego chorego z krwiopluciem o nieznanej etiologii, bez względu na wynik badania radiologicznego klatki piersiowej oraz bez względu na obecność lub brak czynników ryzyka raka płuc u danego pacjenta. Wykonanie tomografii komputerowej klatki piersiowej nie zastępuje badania bronchofiberoskopowego w diagnostyce krwioplucia. Proponujemy, aby u chorych, u których nie ustalono etiologii krwioplucia mimo wykonania badania bronchofiberoskopowego, ponownie wykonać badanie bronchoskopowe, jedno- lub dwukrotnie.
