Kryzys skarbowości na przykładzie Polski w XVII wieku

Abstract
Opracowanie opisuje kryzys finansów publicznych, jakiego doświadczyła Polska w latach sześćdziesiątych i siedemdziesiątych XVII w. Analizie zostają poddane wpływy oraz wydatki skarbu państwa. Artykuł opisuje problemy instytucjonalne Rzeczypospolitej, m.in.: decentralizację administracji podatkowej i decentralizację planowania finansowego państwa. Opracowanie przedstawia okoliczności wprowadzenia podatków: powszechnego pogłównego oraz akcyzy. W artykule podjęto także próbę wykazania przyczyn kryzysu skarbowości.
