Kultura organizacyjna jako wsparcie zmian w przedsiębiorstwie

Abstract

Celem artykułu była analiza roli kultury organizacyjnej przy wprowadzaniu zmian. Przedstawiono specyfikację zmian zachodzących w przedsiębiorstwach, istotę kultury organizacyjnej oraz jej diagnozowania. Uznano, że kultura jest jednym z czynników wpływającym na proces wprowadzania zmian w organizacjach. Stwierdzono, iż kultura organizacyjna nie tylko utrudnia dokonywanie zmian, ale może czynnikiem wspomagającym ich powodzenie.
