كيفيت زندگي بيماران ديابتي نوع دو مراجعه¬كننده به بيمارستان سينای همدان

Abstract
زمینه و هدف : هدف این مطالعه تعيين كيفيت زندگي بيماران مبتلا به ديابت نوع دو بود. مواد و روش¬کار: در این مطالعه توصيفي، تعداد 165 بيمار مبتلا به ديابت نوع 2 به روش نمونه¬گيري آسان از مراجعه کنندگان به بیمارستان سینا انتخاب گرديدند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه كيفيت زندگي SF-36 بود. يافته¬ها: نمره عملكرد جسمي 57/60، ايفاي نقش جسمي 86/68، ايفاي نقش عاطفي 59/69، انرژي و نشاط 37/40، سلامت روحي و رواني 75/43، عملكرد اجتماعي50/66 ،دردهاي بدني 96/50، سلامت عمومي 63/43 و تغيير در وضعيت سلامت 21/61 بود. اختلاف معني¬دارآماری بين برخي اطلاعات دموگرافيك با كيفيت زندگي بيماران ديابتي نوع دو دیده نشد. نتيجه¬گيري: از نتايج اين تحقيق می¬توان به منظور کمک به برنامه¬ريزان جهت تشخیص و انجام مداخلات پيشگيرانه و تغيير در كيفيت زندگي بيماران دیابتی استفاده نمود.]م ت ع پ ز ، 13(4):46-43[ كليدواژه¬ها: دیابت نوع 2، کیفیت زندگی، پرسشنامه
