Abstract
Contemporary Higher Education from increasing development reached, increasingly demands the need for new requirements to improve the quality of the training process of law professionals from new pedagogical and didactic alternatives that enhance their own professional performance; from this consideration, the present work aims to reflect on legal education from the perspective of didactics and pedagogy. The analysis was made from the need to justify how you learn the law, how students learn legal categories, fundamental concepts and the importance of legal order in society. It is assumed that in so far as teaching practice take care of the learning process of these professionals, the quality of justice and ethics as key stages of the legal profession is perfected. so that it contributes to their best professional performance so that they can achieve higher levels of social relevance.
