Abstract
In the following article, we address the subject related to the poliorcetica of some of the main castles of the Region of Murcia, although the medieval period presents a wide arc; in this article we focus mainly on addressing the poliorcetica referring to the period between the last years of the Arab presence, until the end of the medieval period, with all the Christian kingdoms already fully established in the Peninsula. On this occasion, we will deal with general aspects of medieval poliorcetica before moving on to a detailed analysis of some of the most outstanding fortificaciones in the Region of Murcia.
