Journal Title: Challenges of the Knowledge Society - Year 2016, Vol 6, Issue 0
Abstract
One of the most important problems of the contemporary society is the flawless and efficient management of the human resource. Thus, it is of great interest the in-depth knowledge of what happens inside the labor market, its mechanisms, its multidimensional relations with the economic, social, educational and political structures and institutions. In the present study we begin with the clarification of some theoretical issues related to labor market, we stopped trying to explain some aspects on formation and evolution of the labor market after December ’89 and we focused on its specificity in the general context of the transition to market economy.
