Labor migration as factor of innovative development of the country and regions

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the content and causes of labor migration in Ukraine. The interrelation of migration and development of the country and regions; the essence of labor migration; the state and dynamics of external and internal labor migration in Ukraine; the main destination countries for migrant workers from Ukraine are researched. The conditions in the USA as the most sought after country for foreign migration and Ukraine are compared. The main factors influencing the level of labor migration of Ukrainians abroad are presented, and recommendations that will promote the innovative development of the country or regions through labor migration are suggested.
