Labor organization as an element of social policy in the enterprise management system

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of this article is to reveal the essence and role of the organization of labor as an element of social policy in the system of enterprise management. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following general and specific research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, system approach. Findings. The article presents the theoretical aspects of the organization of labor as an element of the social policy of enterprises. The main models of enterprise management and labor organization, in particular, are considered. Practical value. The structure of the organization of labor as an element of the social policy of the enterprise has been proposed.
