Abstract
During the last six months, six patients having different spt'nal diseases were operaied by using opert door laminoplasty method, the lamînas were reestablished with mini plaques. One case with servicai spondylotic myelopathy was operated and servicai spinat canal was widened using costa grafts and mini piaques. İn this report ive conciuded that lamînotomy is best choice in the posterior approach to spinai pathoiogies if possible, and can be used in the treatment of cervicai spondylotic myelopathy successfully.
