Land and reform imperatives and leasing model (in the context of Ukrainian centrism and sustainable development)

Abstract
The article determines the main points and need for balanced approach to the completion of the land reform in Ukraine. It shows basic imperatives of land reform taking into consideration Ukrainian centrism and sustainable development. The benefits of the leasing model of the land market over the classic model in definite historical market conditions which are prevailing in Ukraine are described. Organizational and economic mechanism of leasing land reform model is proved.
