. Land management concepts: state and perspectives of transformation

Abstract
Realization of modern, effective, investment-attractive projects in the agrarian sector is possible under the conditions of production and establishment of uniform rules of the game on property rights, land ownership rights. In the scientific article the concepts of management of land resources are investigated and the contours of their perspective transformation are outlined taking into account cost and value approaches. The basic principles of the functioning of the theory of property rights concerning land resources are singled out through the identification of the concrete owner, the specification of the right of ownership (use), promotion of the introduction of free circulation of ownership, use and disposal of agricultural land in the Ukrainian economy.
