Landslide Detection and Alert System Using PSoC
Journal Title: International Journal of Innovative Research in Computer Science and Technology - Year 2015, Vol 3, Issue 3
Abstract
Landslide mainly happens especially due to heavy rainfall which leads to considerable loss of life, communication damage, damage to agricultural and forestlands, In this paper we are implementing with PSoC development hardware which contains an accelerometer sensor which means MEMs sensor and other environment monitoring sensors like Ultrasonic sensors. The details are monitored and send through wireless communication module Zigbee to Another node called as access point which receives the alert message from land slide detector and enables a voice for alarming civilians. Continuous monitoring enables predetection of landslide. Also it is able to gather other details like the rate of land slide etc

Kidney Tumour Detection Using Deep Neural Network
Classifying the malignancy of a renal tumour is one of the most important urological duties because it plays a key role in determining whether or not to undergo kidney removal surgery (nephrectomy). Currently, the radiol...
Smart Management Attendance System with Facial Recognition Using Computer Vision Techniques on the Raspberry Pi
In this study, a smart attendance system was created using computer vision techniques embedded in the Raspberry Pi device. The initial process is carried out by recording students taking certain courses and taking facial...
Usage of Cosine Similarity and term Frequency count for Textual document Clustering
This paper presents textual document clustering using two approaches namely cosine similarity and frequency and inverse document frequency. With the combination of these approaches a similarity measure values are generat...
Seismic Protection with Base Isolation Method Using ETABS
Base isolation is one of the most promising alternatives among the structure control methods. In recent decades, base isolation has been seriously considered for civil structures, such as buildings and bridges, subjected...
Analysing the Impact of Substrate Thickness on Antenna Performance for GPS Application
A microstrip patch antenna is a popular choice of antenna for use in the L band frequency range. They also have good radiation characteristics, making them ideal for receiving and transmitting low-power radio frequency s...
