Language peculiarities in chick lit novels

Abstract
The article is devoted to language peculiarities of chick lit novels. Chick lit background and its dissemination is investigated as well as stylistics features of the genre. Chick lit discourse reflects postfeminist tendencies of modern western society Female types of western chick lit have become a part of mass culture paradigm.
