Law‑making Process and Law‑making Procedures

Abstract
The article investigates the nature and content of the lawmaking process. Its main stages are singled out. The value of the lawmaking initiative, legal examination of regulation — legal acts, discussion of lawmaking acts are marked out in the article. The author notes, that the result of the lawmaking process is to create, to adopt and to public regulatory — legal acts, that are the laws and by — laws, containing rules of law, take the corresponding hierarchy of a legal force, which reflects the ratio with other acts, the place and role in the system of legislation.
