LAWS OF THE DYNAMICS OF THE UNIVERSE

Abstract

The work shows that the laws of dynamics describe the basis of the vision of the universe. The formulation of Planck's constant dependence on time, which we called the evolutionary index, is given. The law of evolution, the boundaries of the distribution of parametric criteria, the uncertainty principle of Werner Heisenberg on all evolution are determined. The ratio of synchronism and symmetry of parametric criterior`s of the Universe is considered.
