Le régime juridique du transport public urbain en vertu du droit moldave

Abstract
Cet article examine l’état actuel de la réglementation juridique des relations qui se posent dans le transport urbain des passagers. Les auteurs expriment leur position sur la nécessité de répondre aux spécificités du contrat de transport de passagers. Ce contrat est un contrat public. En outre, l’article examine le problème de manque de législation adequate confirmant le contrat de transport et la délivrance du bon de caisse. Les auteurs présentent des solutions d’améliorer la qualité du transport urbain des passagers.
