LEASE OF LAND IN THE FARMS AS THE – ENTITIES OF BIOECONOMY

Abstract
The paper presents the role of farms, as bioeconomy entity, which apply the principles of rational management, conditioned by the appropriate scale of production. Discusses the reasons inducing farmers to increase the scale of production, among which the most important role played faster growth prices means of production for agriculture than the selling prices of agricultural products, which in turn leads to a decrease in unit production profitability. An effective way to increase the scale of production is to increase the surface area of farms by leasing land. ) It has been shown that it is cheaper way of increasing the surface rather than land acquisition. It was also shown that the lease of land in many countries is the primary way of its use, and also to improve the area structure of farms.<br/><br/>
