LEGAL ACTIONS AS TOOLS FOR PROVISION REALIZATIONS OF THE STATE POLICY IN THE FIELD OF THE EUROPEAN INTEGRATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is sanctified to finding out of maintenance and determination of specific features of legal acts of organs of public administration. The main types of legal acts are considered and their defects are certain. The necessity of replacement of more widespread categories is reasonable “legal act” or “legal act of management” definition “legal act”. The offered own constructing of category definitions is a “legal act”, “normative act”, “administrative act”.
