Abstract
The gaps in land legislation in the part of solving legal and environmental problems of the internal organization of the land use areas of research institutions and educational institutions, rural vocational schools and secondary schools, non-agricultural enterprises, institutions and organizations, religious organizations and associations of citizens, citizens leading private peasant farm in Ukraine. Proposed before the adoption of amendments and additions to the Law of Ukraine “On Land Management”, to develop pilot land management projects regarding the organization of land tenure and land use.
