LEGAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CONCEPTS OF RELIABILITY (SUSPICIOUSNESS) OF TESTIMONY OF PARTICIPANTS IN CRIMINAL PROCESS

Abstract

This article discusses the modern type of forensic psychological expertise to determine the reliability (suspiciousness) of the information provided by the participants in the criminal proceedings (in terms of investigative actions and quick-search activities, video recordings), which is becoming necessary in investigative practice. In this, the psychological and legal essence of the concept of "reliability" is revealed. Competence of an expert psychologist is highlighted.
