LEGAL ASPECTS OF BREAST MILK DONATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to defining legal aspects of donating breast milk given the legal nature and content of legal relations in this sphere. The legislation of Ukraine is analyzed; and practices of foreign countries are studied. The morbidity statistics of children who received no breast milk at a certain point is focused on. The legal nature, subjects, object, and content of legal relations in regard to donating breast milk are defined. Some problems of legal regulation of such relations as well as their possible solutions are provided.
