LEGAL ASPECTS OF FUNCTIONING AND DEVELOPMENT ORGANIC RURAL PRODUCTION IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article analyzes the regulatory legal acts that regulate relations in the sphere of production and circulation of organic agricultural products, identifies their shortcomings. The necessity of legislative regulation of state and public control in this area is substantiated. The main methods of state support of organic production are analyzed on the basis of the experience of other countries, on which Ukraine should rely in building its own system of state regulation, functioning and development of organic agricultural products.
