LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE CONCEPT AND IMPORTANCE OF THE ACCESS TO THE ADVOCACY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The paper deals with the legal aspects of the access to the legal profession concept as an international standard, legal institution and procedure. Features access to the legal profession are revealed. The importance of openness and trans- parency of legal profession access in a democratic society is highlighted.
