LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE SOVEREIGNTY IN THE CONDITIONS OF REGIONAL INTEGRATION

Abstract
The article addresses issues of implementation of state sovereignty in terms of regional integration, particularly in connection with the formation of the European Union. The main approaches to the transformation of the concept and content of state sovereignty as a result of regional integration are analyzed. The authors’ main attention is focused on controversial and problematic issues of the EU member state sovereignty implementation in the modern circumstances.
