LEGAL BASIS OF CO-FINANCING IN THE PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS: FINANCIAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal analysis of the concept of “co-financing” in the context of its application as a financial and legal instrument in public private partnership projects. The legal nature of the concept of “co-financing” is analyzed, its content is specified and the possible legal forms of co-financingin the public private partnership projects are defined. The emphasis is placed on the need to distinguish between co-financing and state support for public private partnership.
