LEGAL CHARACTERISTICS OF RIGHT TO WORK: CONCEPT AND CONTENT

Abstract
The article considers the concept and content of the right to work. It analyzes the scientific views of scholars and the norms of national and international legal instruments enshrining the right to work. Special attention is dedicated to the relation of the principle of freedom of labor and the right to work.
