Legal communication as a component of information and analytical activity

Abstract
In the conditions of the development of the information society and the increase of information flows, the role of scientific methods of processing and analyzing information is increasing. The complexity and contradictory nature of social processes, the diversity and abundance of information, the provision of communication between the authorities and society, and the lack of reliable knowledge of legal reality are prerequisites for information and analytical activities. In modern languages, an important factor in the state-building of modern Ukraine is the consolidation of society through legal information and communication activities. The relevance of the study of legal communication in the system of information and analytical activity is that it provides interaction between citizens and authorities, promotes improvement of interrelations among all subjects of the legal information space. The article deals with the theoretical and legal aspects of legal communication as a component of informationanalytical activity. The information society is the environment in which the values of civil society are effectively realized. Ukraine joined this process as a state that declared its development on the basis of democracy. The problems of the formation of the information society are especially relevant for countries in transition, in particular for modern Ukraine, in which the processes of statehood are taking place, the analysis and generalization of world experience of state formation is carried out, new models of public administration and legal communication are tried, aimed at strengthening the interaction of society and power, ensuring the effectiveness of the legislation and legal policy of the state. It is proved that legal communication is an integral part of information and analytical activity. The effectiveness of legal communication is ensured by adherence to the principles of publicity, democracy, prognostication and priority of human and civil rights and freedoms. It is noted that the conditions of Ukraine’s entry into the world information space are: improvement of the legal mechanism of interaction between the authorities and society, the solution of the problems of legal provision of the national information infrastructure, creation of an informational analytical system of the activity of state authorities, acceleration of the processes of modernization of the material and technical base, improvement of the legal mechanism for the protection of information resources and ensuring information security. The conclusion is made that legal communication in the context of information and analytical activities contributes to: the formation of legal values in the information and legal space, the positive perception of law, the improvement of the legal policy of the state and state information policy.
