LEGAL CONCEPTS AND SYMPTOMS ACCOUNTING OBJECTS AND SUBSTANCES HARMFUL EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to clarifying the legal nature of accounting objects and substances that adversely affect the state of the environment in Ukraine. It is noted that the record of this can be seen as objective and subjective categories. As an objective category such records system serves the function of law and state environmental management. As a subjective category such records should be viewed through a set of special powers arising under environmental relations. The author definition of accounting objects and substances that adversely affect the state of the environment.
