LEGAL CULTURE OF FUTURE MEDICAL SPECIALISTS AS AN OBJECT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL STUDY

Abstract
The article considers the importance of law science and legal culture in the acquiring of necessary knowledge and skills in law. Module-rating system of studentsʼ professional preparation at flight educational establishments has been considered; the concept "legal culture" has been studied in the aspect of philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical, legal approaches in the context of forming of motivation in the acquiring of necessary knowledge and skills in law during studentsʼ professional preparation at medical educational establishments. The reformation of the national educational system of Ukraine, modern tendencies of the world integration, prioritize the problem of forming of motivation. Therefore, the implementation of educational and training methods, which serve as an effective means of modern technologiesʼ learning, improvement of the effectiveness of studying and quality of knowledge in law, have become of a paramount importance during professional preparation of students at medical educational establishments. The essence, the matter, the concept, the structure, the functions of legal culture is researched basing on methodology-theoretical fundamentals of a theory and legal philosophy. The ratio of a law and culture is shown. The transition from narrow-normative law understanding to wider (integrative), uniting on the basis of modern philosophical methodology vital ideas of the basic legal schools and directions, is examined in the dissertation on the basis of development tendencies analysis of the types of law understanding. It is typical of integrative law understanding perception of norm of a law as social value integrated in legal culture of a society. Research of a ratio of a law and a culture testifies that a law is the phenomenon of culture and reflects in itself existing moral and cultural values. The legal culture is considered in different aspects: as an element of legal life, as expression of its quality; as a way, (means) and criterion of legal socialization; as a rate of legal directivity those or other subjects of a law, rules of their legal behavior and activity, etc., defines a measure of a dialogue reality of authority and a society. The matter of a law-educative process in unity of legal socialization, legal training, legal education, legal development of students is researched. Special value is given to the complex analysis of essence, principles, problems, system of a law-educative process, directions of legal spirituality development, increase of its efficiency. It is proved, that legal progress in Ukraine is possible under condition of simultaneous formation of legal culture of citizens, including students, and becoming of a civil society, democratic social, a constitutional state during realization of political and legal reform.
