LEGAL CULTURE OF THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE COMMERCIAL COURT PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The subject of the article is an impact exerting by the general legal culture, legal conscience and legal nihilism of the society over the legal culture, legal conscience and legal nihilism of the participants of the commercial court proceedings. The author draws a conclusion that a legal nihilism is not inherent for the participants of the commercial court proceedings. The idea of the legal conscience of the commercial court proceedings is elaborated at the article.
